Job Description

The Talent Acquisition team is integral to our success as we supply the fuel for our continued growth and award-winning innovation. This newly created opportunity reports to the VP of Talent Acquisition and is responsible for helping lead our entire TA department which supports high volume sales, lead generation, operations, corporate, and logistic roles. We are looking for an experienced strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Drive increased optimization of recruitment tools and processes to accelerate hiring and increase the identification of quality candidates.
  • Builds deep understanding of the internal and external business landscape to inform and shape talent management, leadership development, and learning experiences and programs that support and drive strategic business outcomes.
  • Lead, develop, and coach the staff through mentoring and learning experiences to successfully achieve all KSAs
  • Identification, management, and alignment of the proper candidate experience.
  • Works with Human Resourcesfor compliance and quality assurance.
  • Manage and develop special projects as a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to innovate and continuously improve our process.
  • Lead and direct the day-to-day talent acquisition strategy and hiring delivery across high-volume recruiting for frontline and field employees, including hiring for outside sales, lead generation, and operations.
  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to identify talent strategies, leverage recruiting tools, and improve processes.



Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and able to lead teams through high-pressure and high demands from business leaders.
  • Advanced program and project management, organizing and planning skills and ability to drive results and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Strong sales acumen, in-depth knowledge of sales strategies across all client groups, and the ability to effectively apply skills need identification techniques to diagnose and direct talent development strategies to support enterprise goals.
  • Ability to mentor others on how to design effective talent, leadership development, and learning solutions that maximize employee and leader development and achieve business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence and negotiate effective business solutions.
  • +5 years of managing and developing recruiting teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven ability to project influence and build partnerships across all levels of an organization.
  • 5-7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience with company scaling
