Opportunity:
As a PSG Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be supporting high volume hiring contact center hiring for financial services, healthcare, government, utility, retail, telecommunications, commercial, and related industries, by identifying, assessing, and hiring top talent and putting them to work in Contact Centers and Virtual Jobs across the US and Canada. You will be continually sourcing candidates from a variety of resources, coordinating and conducting interviews for open positions, consistently and accurately documenting recruiting activity in the appropriate systems while remaining committed to meeting hiring quality standards as well as target requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to meet goals and lower staffing costs.
- Actively participate in recruiting team meetings and initiatives.
- Coordinate and conduct initial interviews for via phone, recorded screens, and web conferencing tools.
- Consistently and accurately document recruiting activity in appropriate systems.
- Identify and develop and maintain recruiting sources and track utilization effectiveness.
- Utilize assessments to validate candidate competency.
- Update and complete the appropriate recruiting reports.
- Attend recruiting events that support recruiting initiatives.
- Create a positive work environment to promote productivity and teamwork.
- Other duties as required as requested.
- Provide back-up for other Talent Acquisition Specialists company wide.
- Accurately interact with Candidates, verbally and in writing, on matters of employment.
Requirements:
- Internet navigation and search techniques.
- Microsoft Office Suite Products.
- 6 months experience in high volume recruitment or outbound call center environment.
- Goal and deadline orientated.
- Experience in corporate recruiting and/or staffing agency preferred.
- Knowledge of federal and state HR laws preferred.

- Work experience:
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written and listening).
- Work effectively independently.
- College Degree preferred.
- Previous client experience ideal.
- Competencies and Specific Skills:
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Organized, Persuasive, Creative, and Decisive.
- Ability to multitask, strong time management skills.
- Minimum High School diploma (or equivalent).
Compensation:
- The company offers competitive benefits and 401k package, and generous PTO.
- This role is an hourly position with base pay rate depending on experience. An additional performance-based bonus compensation is paid monthly depending on the account.
