You will be responsible for:

Provide regular status updates to management and assist in developing sourcing and recruiting strategies

Special projects as directed by Management

Recruit for various types of commercial positions (temporary, contract to hire, direct hire)

Screen and conduct interviews to qualify candidates

Perform full cycle recruiting duties, to include identifying candidates through various screening methods, interviewing, and coordinating candidate interviews

Identify opportunities to create automation and process improvements

Assist in creating rosters comprised of candidates selected to start

Support ROC specific on-boarding process for candidates in accordance with company guidelines and compliance procedures

Proven experience in influencer talent management or related fields

Collaborate closely with the dappunk team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for influencers

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, nurturing their trust and confidence in dappunk

Partner with hiring managers on the recruitment process from job postings to offer letters.

Experience recruiting within a variety of job titles/industries

Partner directly with hiring managers and outside staffing agencies, maintaining consistent communication and updates as a liaison between both parties

Provide VMS and program training to client hiring managers and outside staffing partners.

Possesses detailed knowledge of Talent Management concepts, practices, and processes.

Create and Manage Change Request Forms (CRFs) for all Talent programs in accordance with WFM TMS Program Management Office procedures.

Partner with Talent Management Team on the maintenance, development and implementation of Performance Management processes and systems.

Helps shape and support tools and processes for various Talent Management areas.

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Ability to brainstorm and assist in implementation of Talent Management solutions within an assigned area of responsibility.

Experience with Taleo and PeopleSoft preferred.

Experience as a corporate recruiter is desired.

HR Experience in a healthcare organization is preferred.

College education - no specific degree required!

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Minimum three (3) years experience in talent management/talent representation of Social Media Influencers and/or celebrities.

Must have 2+ years experience professionally managing brand partnerships and in talent management (preferably at an agency).

Discover and sign large influencers who are looking for business management

Representing the business and brands of leading social media personalities

Seek out brand partnerships for specific talent and the agency as a whole

Prior talent acquisition experience focused on Retail Management.

4+ years of talent acquisition experience

Experience developing sourcing/recruiting strategies that continually feed the candidate pipeline based on market availability and existing internal candidate pool.

Experience with iCIMS and Workday platforms is a plus.

Partners with their client group to determine needs for developing a pipeline of candidates for specific positions.

Designs and coordinates system-wide employee engagement, performance management, career development, and succession planning projects and processes.

Collaborates closely with instructional designer to design and build management and leadership developmentcurriculum.

Facilitates in-person and virtual leadership and management development workshops.

Provides informal and formal coaching for managers and leaders.

Will serve on Lifespan task forces and cross-functional work groups to drive performance improvement and innovation.

Completes quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights and develop recommendations to enhance individual/team/organizational performance.

Strong organization and time management skills
