Responsibilities

• Guide applicants through the onboarding process and ensure travel readiness.
• Promote key roles in global source markets through advertising and job postings.
• Extend job offers and explain job descriptions, terms, pay rate, and benefits.
• Deliver effective recruiting activity aligned with employer's strategy.
• Identify qualified applicants, conduct screening interviews, administer tests, and check references.

Requirements

• Ability to handle changing priorities.
• Flexible, decisive, and quick thinking.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Pivot Tables.
• Knowledge of effective recruitment techniques and global market trends.
• Experience in a high-volume and fast-paced international working environment.
• Ability to manage high volume of open positions and screen candidates efficiently.
• Seagoing experience preferred or experience in large international 5* hotel operations or similar hospitality organizations.
• Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Genuine interest in working with candidates at all levels.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint.
