Talent Acquisition Sourcing Recruiter - Fully Remote ($58200.00 - $111600.00 / Year)

As a Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to utilize sourcing and recruiting strategies to deliver top-level service to clients and candidates. With a focus on technical and non-technical roles, you will play a key role in building strong client and candidate relationships, sourcing qualified applicants, and managing the full-cycle recruiting process. Responsibilities

• Strategize with TA Managers, HR Business Partners, and Recruiters to understand current business dynamics
• Conduct prescreens, refer job applicants, and adhere to compliance requirements
• Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for client groups across the employer
• Source and recruit top-tier talent, utilizing creative techniques, social media, databases, and other channels
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and services contracts
