What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create attractive job postings
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and actively engage with potential talent through events and networking
• Utilize HR software tools to manage candidate information and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
• Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and screen top candidates

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously

• 1-3 years of professional experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably within the property management industry
