Talent Consultant - Contractor

Responsibilities

• Frontline support to customer groups as well as provide strategic support to functional leadership on people initiatives
• Be agile, strong team player and operate in a complex infrastructure with various stakeholders
• High-quality execution of significant HR processes, including compensation, performance management and career development
• Become a trusted advisor to the business to navigate personnel concern
• Utilizing data analytics, to provide insight on headcount, salaries and budgets and inform on solutions as needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• 5-8 years of relevant experience with strong written and verbal communication skills
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience in performance management, coaching teams on providing feedback, and delivering Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
• Experience working within a professional services industry or complex matrixed environment
• A proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects and influence leaders around new programs and changes

The expected pay rate range for this contract assignment is $50 to $80 per hour. Exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
