JGA are partnered with one of the 'Top 100 Best Companies' in the US who are recruiting for Dayforce Implementation Consultants to build out their US team following record-breaking growth.

This is a home based job requiring no travel whilst working on some of the largest enterprise Dayforce projects globally!

*To be considered for this position - you will have experience project managing Ceridian Dayforce implementations across Talent / Payroll & WFM / Technical*

Dayforce Implementation Consultant - Responsibilities:

• Support clients through User Acceptance testing and training.
• Support the full technical implementation.
• Support clients with data migration, transformation and loading into the new solution.
• Take responsibility for designing the desired solution following discovery sessions with clients.
• Ensure projects are created effectively with sound governance and structure.
• Identifying product boundaries or where a simple solution is not possible and working with the supplier and customer to identify solutions.
• Deliver sound project governance and handover to support.
• Provide advice and guidance to clients on their implementation pathway.

Dayforce Implementation Consultant - Required Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in Dayforce Payroll/WFM implementation.
• Knowledge of SaaS solutions.
