The opportunity:
  • The Capture and Proposal Operations Coordinator (CPOC) role is accountable for assigned projects related to supporting market and proposal health plan/state new business pursuits and retention. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and written/verbal skills, is savvy in using Microsoft software suite, works well in a team environment and can cultivate relationships across the spectrum of personality and work styles. He/she is integral in assisting in the achievement of yearly membership and revenue goals.
How you will contribute:
  • Build collaborative processes and relationships by actively participating in market engagement and proposal projects
  • Collaborate with CPM leaders on the maintenance of annual plans, process documents, and data that support a clear path to the attainment of profitable membership growth
  • Seek out, collect, create, organize, and maintain up to date supporting documentation and critical pursuit materials that drive team success
  • CPOC functions independently, with broad direction from Capture Proposal Management (CPM) team
  • Work in conjunction with the Capture Proposal Management team to support work necessary to drive industry leading Dental Programs, Value Propositions, Networks and Pricing
What you will bring with you:
  • Two (2) years of experience supporting project management, business and technical requirements research, marketing and/or market research, preferably in support of insurance markets
  • Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare or related environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field of study (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred skills :
  • Great administrative organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines

If you are a California resident, the salary range for this position is:
  • Southern region: $60,100 -$81,100 annually.
  • Northern region: $67,700-$91,400 annually.
  • Central region: $63,300-$85,500 annually.
If you are a Colorado resident, the salary range for this position is $57,300-$77,500 annually.
If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is $67,700-$91,400 annually.
If you are Washington resident, the salary range for this position is $63,300-$85,500 annually.
