Job Description

Randstad is actively assisting a long time client with its search for a Sales Operations Associate Analyst (REMOTE). Our client is a well established and profitable organization with a strong track record of employee development and retention. Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Administrative support of high volume triage renewal updates from Sales. Analyze scrubbing inventory, case assignments for duplicates, Auditing Sales Operations. emails from the inbox and triaging information. Triaging emails Client Renewals and questions from Implementation. Scrub all data received – Email Assignment/Folders. Provide Analyst Support for the Application process. SFDC audits/updates based on opportunity received. SFDC leadership reporting pulls (Block of Business Review/Changes). Pulling daily reporting IGO stats for managers. DES spread sheet validated/audited for customer experience. Participate in self and peer review in order to identify and correct items prior to assignment
  • The Associate Analyst role is critical for distribution of client package upon renewal to Sales Operation Analyst.
  • Contributes to projects and processes that improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness for sales renewals.
  • A key function of this role has a working knowledge of the renewal experience focusing on data elements received to proceed with the In Good Order package development.
  • Audits inquiries and conducts research to provide detailed service information on client renewal request to share with the sales associates.
  • Helps with workflow process document preparation, and report distribution.
  • Sales Operations Associate Analyst serves as a liaison between the Client Management team and Sales Operation Associated auditing accurate client renewal materials received in our workflow system.
  • Contributes to the Sales Operations to support capacity, projects and task for the Operation Analyst and leadership team.
  • Individual Contribution Projects: Support the Regional Service manager on projects (Excel, PPTs, PDF, Team Outlook, SharePoint). Accept and track work requests from sales offices identifying and mitigating risks in the timeline. Maintenance Mailboxes/Share drives/Client Files
  • Communication Skills: VBE/Pre-Enrollment support execution. Provide data to administrative for open enrollment kits/zip files based on products sold. Alerting Sales Operations Analyst/Leadership of market NIGOs – Blue Print. Providing Reporting Volume for Sales Operations IGO’s in Blue Print. Pull the Leadership SFDC Dashboard reports
  • Completes output based on products details and any missing information from client management or client service.
  • Works closely with leadership to prioritize work queue, workflow and case assignment based on data received.
