Proven experience in product management, software development, or a related role, with a focus on Agile methodologies.

In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and product management methodologies.

Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM) are a plus.

Act as a mentor for Scrum Masters to develop coaching skills to support ongoing momentum for change.

In partnership with Facility Medical Director, promotes and leads organizational strategic goals and expectations while supporting team through change management.

Ensures facility maintains business, property, legal, health plan and regulatory agency requirements for site operation.

Establish and manage annual budget using financial indicators to ensure optimal ongoing business operations.

Manage performance of staff including hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions.

Assure that all staff is working within their certifications, licensures, and scope of practice.

Minimum of 8 years of work experience in a commercial capacity (Sales, Commercial Operations, or equivalent field)

Prior work experience with high voltage product familiarity.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Develop and execute a plan to grow products to target markets and key accounts

Define and develop business strategies/plans to meet order booking and margin plans

Shape and craft value propositions for the market

Supports management in developing and implementing appropriate strategies for global staffing, deployment, talent, and performance management.

Strong written and oral communication skills with proven experience in dealing with the media, external constituencies, and expert groups.

Deep understanding and familiarity with the political challenges of stakeholder engagement and management.

Promotes innovative and cross-cutting research, as well as the dissemination of technical and experiential knowledge and learning.

Helping governments attract, manage, and realize the development potential of responsible mining investments

Experience with IT services and solutions is ideal

Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant business development experience selling IT services

Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentation

Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Experience in software and services deals and contracts

Experience with competitor mapping and SWAT analysis

Information Sharing and Education - 25%

Monitors, reviews, evaluates and prepares written analysis and advocacy materials on proposed legislation, regulations, and policies on selected issues.

Shapes AILA's policy positions and makes recommendations on key priorities.

Drafts the substantive content of AILA's policy and legislative work product.

Works with AILA's government relations, communications, and online content teams to produce materials.
