We are currently seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Recruiter to handle recruiting for recruiters, and some of our general and administrative functions. This role will report to the Sr Talent Acquisition Manager.

Our TA teams achieve results by being collaborative, adjusting to ambiguity, excelling against aggressive timelines and responding to the needs of the business. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong aptitude for hiring high-caliber talent for the company.

(Please note, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorships. While this position is remote, candidate must be located in the United States, in selected states, and adapt to the hours of the business in PST.)

The Role

• Consistently updates applicant tracking system in a timely manner with appropriate candidate and/or position information. Data hygiene matters.
• Conduct thorough screening of candidates and also have the ability to engage with candidates and share what sets the company apart from competitors
• Partners with business leaders to develop target candidate profiles, sourcing strategies and assessment plans specific to a given requisition/position.
• Build a strong network of high-potential candidates through research and relationships with internal and external partners
• Own full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates
• Influences decisions based on business knowledge and relationships
• Gathers information related to the candidates’ individual situation, including compensation data, relocation needs, and other considerations related to interest in the opportunity
• Deliver a robust interview-to-hire ratio and also deliver high-caliber hires thru effective negotiation strategies
• Develops offer recommendations and extends offers to candidates.
• Develops sourcing plans which support broader organizational goals and business strategies; plans may be for an individual position or in support of a broad functional strategy
• Delivers a superb experience to candidates and hiring managers
• Utilizes information gathered from interviews and references to support hiring recommendations.

You Bring

• A proven track record of effective sourcing strategies and partnering with all levels of management and working in a high-volume fast paced environment. We move quickly
• The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences
• Experience with recruiting in general & administrative functions, specifically recruitment of talent in Talent Acquisition is highly desired
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
• Plays well with others, you will be working in a high-functioning team environment. We work together in order to win together
• An eye for talent and drive to present the best candidates for high quality of hires
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit. Humor helps! We work hard, but we don't take ourselves too seriously
• Expertise in attracting, selling, and negotiating the opportunity to work for one of the world’s most innovative car companies
• Strong business acumen and a positive work vibe with the team
• Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 8 years of experience required
