**Position: Sr. Technology Lead**

As the Sr. Technology Lead at And Become Better, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological foundation of our start-up. You will be responsible for establishing our tech team, building a robust infrastructure, developing our mobile platform, and implementing an agile framework to ensure seamless development and deployment of our wellness solutions. Your expertise in machine learning and AI tools will be critical in driving innovation and personalization within our offerings.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Establish and manage the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and vision.

- Design and implement a scalable infrastructure to support our mobile platform and wellness solutions.

- Develop and execute an agile framework to enable efficient product development cycles and iterative enhancements.

- Utilize machine learning and AI tools to enhance the personalization and effectiveness of our wellness programs.

- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and industry best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Operations to deliver high-quality solutions.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within a technology-driven organization or start-up.

- Strong expertise in building and managing technology teams, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

- Extensive knowledge of mobile platform development and familiarity with iOS and Android ecosystems.

- Proficiency in implementing agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and driving continuous improvement.

- Deep understanding of machine learning and AI tools, with hands-on experience in leveraging these technologies to deliver tangible outcomes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
