Triple E Partners is a boutique professional and executive search firm that provides recruiting services to some of the most well known and emerging companies in the banking, manufacturing, healthcare and retail industries. We are currently searching for an ambitious, go-getter. This person would be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing candidates. Recruiting is sales and you need to have a sales mentality to be successful in this role. We offer an industry leading commission structure that sets up our recruiters to be in the 6 figures if they are hitting their metrics.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with candidates
• Guide and mentor candidates through the interview process, ensuring all candidates are properly prepared for every interview
• Think outside the box and create innovative methods to attract passive candidates
• Responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates for open requisitions
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles
• Strive to exceed metrics and expectations
• Provide sales leads to our business development team
