Happier Living is a fast-paced, high growth nationwide telehealth business that is excited to bring a highly motivated individuals onto our team as Senior Healthcare Recruiter.
We are looking for senior talent acquisition professionals specializing in the sourcing and recruiting of Psychiatrists nationally supporting Happier Living’s rapidly growing online and on premise therapy business and operations.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new behavioral health professionals frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential fit for the group. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates utilizing the company’s techstack. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas and be very comfortable with candidate sourcing and outreach.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain pipeline of eligible candidates (psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, therapists), for immediate and future open positions
· Work with our Talent Acquisition team to conduct and coordinate interviews via zoom
· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
· Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
· Stay engaged with successful hires through their first 90 days with the group
· Meet weekly quotas related to hires, interviews and calls and emails
Qualifications
· 10 yrs behavioral health clinician recruiting experience required
· Bachelor's degree
· Prior sales experience required
· Effective communication skills
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Experience working with Salesforce, Slack, G-suite & Zoom
· High-energy and passion
· Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
· Self-starter
