Role:
We are looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team! As a Recruiter in this role, you will focus on building Go-to-Market teams and make an immediate impact with wide-ranging responsibilities including actively sourcing and qualifying candidates, driving hiring strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Ideal candidates come with a strong understanding of the technology industry and have experience filling roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other departments in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies; Build a diverse pipeline of candidates leveraging LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing methods
- Coach and guide hiring managers on recruiting best practices, processes, interviewing/assessment strategies and tools
- Own full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing and closing highly qualified candidates who are aligned with SentiLink’s values and mission
- Provide a great candidate experience through effective communication and consistent follow through
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market teams, ideally at a startup or high-growth technology company
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States
- Experience working with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive hiring goals
Salary Range:
- $115,000/year - $125,000/year plus equity and benefits
