Regional Sales Manager - Bay Area

Our client are a hot early stage startup in the cyber space with a disruptive technology. With a recent significant VC round investment they are now looking for their first Bay Area based Regional Sales Manager, to develop business across the territory. This role will be well supported with strong local SE and channel support.

Naturally, this role will be very hunter and net new logo focused. A successful new business sales executive is required to build a pipeline of new enterprise customers in region, with some impressive brand names already in discussion and reference customers in the US.

Required background:

5-10 years field sales experience within cybersecurity. SaaS experience essential. Threat Intelligence, or Vulnerability Management experience would be a strong plus.

Experience with new business, finding and closing opportunities with enterprise customers, typically at CIO, CISO level.

Strong track record of quota achievement/over-achievement

MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodology.

Ability and proven track record in developing a go-to-market strategy to build pipeline in your territory through collaboration with VARs and strategic partners
