Institutions around the world use Coursera to upskill and reskill their employees, citizens, and students in fields such as data science, technology, and business.
- Define post-onboarding reinforcement strategy to ensure application and retention of core onboarding concepts.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure that sales reps have up-to-date information on product updates, messaging, and competitive positioning.
- Design and deliver ongoing enablement programs for existing sales reps to ensure they have the tools and resources necessary to succeed.
- Report monthly, quarterly, and yearly trends to the Enterprise leadership team on pace of ramp, average pipeline, time to first deal, etc.
- Design, produce, and externally source training content for each learning track to achieve new hire mastery of each role’s specific competencies.
- Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding program for revenue and customer-facing roles, including iterating regularly based on the evolving needs of the business.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or related field
- Demonstrated history in organization skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales environments
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and how to measure sales enablement program effectiveness
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive training content
