Job Description
Drata is looking for a passionate, high-performing Sales Enablement Manager to help take our post-sales teams to the next level. If you thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment and love bringing out the best version of everyone around you, this could be the perfect role for you.


This individual will work collaboratively across several departments including Customer Success, Marketing, Operations and Leadership to help onboard, enable and develop some of the most talented people in the industry. While reporting into Go to Market, this position is highly collaborative and focused on cross functional work. We are looking for someone that can be a fast learner and quickly apply through the expert lens of an enablement professional.

What You’ll Do:


  • Work closely with Product & Marketing to enable on exciting product launches and initiatives
  • Curate, launch and maintain a robust virtual onboarding experience for new hires
  • Reinforce key onboarding content via ongoing development content and sessions
  • Leverage MEDDICC and Value Selling to build development pathways, programs and certifications for current team members
  • Establish quantifiable outputs to measure progress against and make adjustments if needed
  • Create and facilitate team wide trainings, workshops and sessions to help sales and post-sales teams maximize their efforts
  • Establish clear documentation and collateral for systems such as Sigma, Salesforce, Clari, Gong, HighSpot, and more.


What You’ll Bring:


  • Highly organized
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and performance management skills
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to command the room
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, customer success or sales leadership
  • Experience in Software as a Service relevant product-driven industries


Nice To Have But Not Required


  • Certified in FORCE Management, Value Selling, Sandler Sales or similar methodologies such as MEDDICC
  • Knowledgeable in relevant systems and tools (HighSpot, Guru, Gong, Salesforce)
  • Experience in Security, Compliance and Risk

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below.


Tier 1: $137,275-$169,575


Tier 2: $123,548-$152,618


Tier 3: $109,820-$135,660
