The sales enablement team provides leaders and sellers with the learning paths, materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success within the sales organization. Partnering with the sales team and broader Convene teams, the sales enablement executive will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration. Cross functionally the Sales Enablement Executive will work with Marketing, Product Marketing, Revenue Management, Data, Sales Engineering, and Technology teams.


We are looking for an individual who has a growth mindset and is able to think outside of the box to creatively think through training and enablement solutions across the sales org. This individual will also be very organized and time management skills are a must.


What You’ll Do


  • Serve as a liaison between sales, product marketing, and additional teams
  • Manage sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Build a trusted relationship with sellers
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Report to the Director of Sales Enablement and Operations and work with them to develop, execute, optimize, and assess the enablement program
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sellers


What We Look For


  • Drive to make a positive change within the organization
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, tactics, and training
  • Very organized
  • Fast learner
  • 3+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills


Compensation

Base Salary


Salary Min: $70,000 Salary Max: $75,000


This role is also eligible for Convene's sales commission program.


This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
