Retail District / Area Manager - Nashville

Our client has several small retail fashion stores in the Nashville Metropolitan area offering a wide selection of expressive, trendy fashion pieces. They are known for an outstanding guest experience and their fun, relaxed shopping environment. This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact in a growing, small business!

We are looking for an Area / District Manager that will be responsible for driving growth, delivering, customer experience, building teams, and optimizing store performance.

The ideal candidate will excel in sales training, leadership coaching, and Human Resources. Understanding the fashion retail industry is a plus, but not required.

Retail experience is ideal, but would consider hospitality, restaurant backgrounds as well. Would prefer multi-unit management experience, but would consider a Store Manager background if there is some multi location experience with training or operations. Must be willing to travel within Nashville to the store locations on a regular basis.
