Product Manager, Care Finding - Provider Experience

Alma is seeking a mission-driven Product Manager to join our care finding team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the tools and resources that empower providers to grow their practice through Alma. The ideal person for this role loves to collaborate with engineering and cross-department stakeholders to solve challenging problems and build highly-scalable solutions that translate into trusted and streamlined customer experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with providers and our product analytics team to identify new opportunities to support our providers and bring technology-enabled innovations to the platform.
• Define, track, and analyze overall performance and financial, customer, and operational metrics.
• Drive execution of the product roadmap and set feature priorities through data-driven and customer-centric considerations that support our strategic goals.
• Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data analysts.
• Develop a deep understanding of providers’ practice growth needs and articulate a clear vision for the role Alma plays in this experience.

Who you are:

• You have 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong desire to own a product strategy and roadmap.
• You have experience growing a marketplace platform

• You have a history of balancing quantitative data against intuition in product decision-making and successes.

Salary Band: $125,000 - $145,000
