Principal Product Manager Jobs

We are looking for a highly experienced product leader to lead and grow our consumer app into the market leader.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A strong background in using a rapid, test and learn product development process to maximize learning and impact.
• Clear examples of using analytics and consumer understanding to deliver product enhancements that resulted in spikes in consumer engagement and business growth.
• More than 5 years of web/app product management experience at an established consumer internet/app company . At least 3 years managing an industry leading consumer app.
• Experience driving rapid growth measured in repeat users (WAU), revenue, and app downloads.
• Humble independent, hands-on executor who excels at prioritization, organization, and communication.
• Ability to have a multiplier effect by providing teammates with clear, realistic but ambitious priorities and targets to focus on. Ability to cogently tie plans to business outcomes especially in executive communication.
• Must have experience managing a mobile consumer application preferably in the financial industry.

It's important to note that this position is 100% remote from within the United States only.

Salary Range: $215,000.00 to $275,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
