Pay Range: $83/hr - $93/hr
We’re looking for a Product Content Designer to partner with a team of product managers, designers, engineers and product marketers to plan and create the content for new products that expand access to devices (such as VR headsets) in order to help people meet their health and wellness goals.
You’re perfect for this role if you thrive in a flat, fast-moving organization that uses lightweight processes to have a huge impact. You deliver consistent, high-quality, accurate work amidst ambiguity. You’re highly solutions-oriented and able to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders. You have experience translating complex material into content that is accurate, user-friendly and engaging. You can advocate for the work of content design and help stakeholders understand how to work best with you. You love both high-level strategy and hands-on writing and editing for mobile experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, product marketers and engineers to serve a global content audience
- Share your work and give feedback to teammates
- Plan, write, edit, test and improve health-related content across our client's experiences
- Help apply and maintain consistency with content standards
- Coordinate approvals and alignment with a broad range of stakeholders
- Work with product managers and partnership managers to develop and execute on briefs for health-related content
- Execute the above in a deadline-driven environment
- Establish processes for working with content design
Skills:
- Ability to work independently while escalating issues to management as necessary
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to educate stakeholders on the work of content design and build processes for collaboration
- Self-motivated, persuasive, enthusiastic and eager-to-collaborate personality
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Familiar with Figma and Google Drive
- 5+ years working with content for web, mobile or VR experiences
- Please include a link to samples of your work that show an experience across different content types. You may show us content you’ve created for user interfaces, microcopy, user education, style guides or product launch content.
- Ability to scope and tailor a design life cycle for a given project, identify the design requirements necessary for success, and communicate when they need to happen (research, execution, testing, or iteration)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience helping products grow and find product-market fit
- Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with health, science or other technically- or privacy-complex topics
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $83/hr - $93/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
Client Description:

- Exclusive employee discounts through Promo Code: Aquent
