About the position:

In this role you will help shape the future of the global Foreign Exchange platform at Convera. The product management team drives innovation and brings new technologies into the product vision and strategy to solve problems for our customers. We are looking for a customer champion who will join our team to define, prioritize, and deliver on the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for the introduction and enhancement of product features that delight our customers while helping them solve real problems in their businesses
• Act as a spokesperson for our products both internally and externally, telling a compelling story about the capabilities and solutions offered by Convera.
• Interface with internal users and end-customers regularly to understand their business processes and pain points. You will use these insights to build awesome products that optimize operational efficiency and win in the market.
• Set the vision for Customer Ledger product and engineering team(s) and become the go-to leader for both internal enterprise users of the platform as well as external customers. Fully own a set of micro services and the APIs that provide access to these services.
• Ensure we are fully supporting our customer, operations, and accounting needs with our Ledger solution.

Required Experience:

• 5 years of progressive experience in technology product management.
• Experience with setting up and creating entries into accounting ledgers or customer account management.
• Proven record of accomplishment of successful product launches and team leadership at technology companies or the data platform organization of non-technology companies.
• Accounting / Accounting platform background

Preferred Experience

• Direct experience working with experts and architecting accounting and transactional systems
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Experience with banking platforms.

The base salary range represents the low and high-end of the Convera salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Convera's total compensation package for employees.
