People Strategy And Programs Manager

Randstad has an exciting opportunity for one of most valued clients.. We are looking to hire immediately for a People Strategy and Programs manager.

Onsite: 2x a week

NYC office (350 Hudson)

Temp (could convert depending on budget and performance)

Budget: up to 60/hr pay

- Smooth presentation skills

salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Ownership and process compliance, etc.
• Identify opportunities and develop recommendations for leveraging technology
• As well as successful implementation of key HR transformation initiatives and
• Solutions to enable key HR processes and improve candidate and employee
• Programs working with PBPs, OD Partners, COEs, People Operations, Regional
• Experience
• Continuous transformation effort through best practices and lessons learned.
• Leads and external resources.
• Bring expertise or identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts
• Support the development and execution of the People Team Strategy and roadmap
• Engineering projects.
• Design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement. Feed
