About This Role


As the Program Manager, People Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people-focused strategies, programs, and initiatives in support of Rippling’s talent strategies and incredible headcount growth. No day will be the same in this highly cross functional and varied people-focused strategy and operations role.


What You Will Do


  • Drive continuous improvement across our global People function to ensure we are scaling our people infrastructure smarter, faster, better
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and drive operational efficiency, leveraging automation and self service to optimize HR workflows
  • Own and drive critical programs such as company-wide onboarding, talent brand, and internal communications
  • Partner closely with HRBPs to design and project manage key talent management programs such as performance management, engagement surveys, and talent reviews
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics and workforce analytics to drive data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement


What you will need


  • A minimum of 5 years experience in people strategy, program management or people operations
  • Strong product mindset and advanced proficiency in systems and tooling
  • Strong cross functional project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing and managing effective programs and initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to cross functional audiences
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Excellent problem solving, systems thinking and analytical skills
  • A background in working in human capital or management consulting

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.


A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.


The pay range for this role is:


124,000 - 168,000 USD per year(Tier 1)
