Expertise in electoral voter contact, including paid canvass, voter registration, volunteer management and phone banking

Manage and develop various Department-leads (Communications, Data, Field)

Liaison with the relevant wider organizational departments, including Technology, Finance, Operations, and Policy to ensure maximum coordination

3-4 cycles of electoral campaign experience with increasing responsibility, particularly in data-driven, digital-first environments

At least four (4) years of demonstrated experience in project implementation and management with attention to detail.

In concert with CPSO Special Projects Manager, aid in developing presentations, speeches, and briefing materials for CPSO use.
