Detailed Job Description Operations and People Managers are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business. This includes managing the organization’s finances, developing and implementing strategies, and ensuring that the organization meets its goals. They are also responsible for managing the people who work in the organization, including hiring and training new staff, setting performance goals, and providing guidance and support.
