As the Manager, Retail Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Store Management and Merchandising leaders to create a passionate, integrated environment for employees, while driving effective fulfillment of employee relations responsibilities and compliance requirements in the day-to-day operations of the store. Competitive Base Pay — Ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, with commitment to industry leading performance-based pay increases, incentives, and recognition programs
