Manage projects from original concept through the final implementation

Lead project workstreams on HR Transformation roadmap from conception and

Design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement. Feed

Excellent stakeholder communication, project management, time management and organizational skills

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, bonus points if you have experience with programs such as Salesforce, Asana, Google Ad Manager

Project manage client programs across the company, including timeline management and internal and external stakeholder communications

3+ years of professional experience in a digital advertising, public relations, and/or communications environment

Passionate about digital media, advertising and strategic communications. Bonus points if you are passionate about politics and policy.

Strong work ethic, solutions-oriented attitude, collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm

The Grants And Public Programs Manager

Plans, develops, and administers all aspects of the annual Arts & History Grant Program

Identifies and facilitates professional development services that help build an economy that uplifts Boise's cultural sector

Processes all grants and agreements throughout their lifecycle from pre- to post-award, ensuring proper due diligence and compliance.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform several functions.

The first contract lasts for 12 months and is renewable.
