You will…*
Recruiting & People Ops

• Serves as a subject matter expert in all People programs/processes.
• Manage University recruiting.
• Build and manage employer branding and visibility to external candidates.
• Develop values based job descriptions and recruit candidates that align with the organization’s values.
• Deliver a superb candidate experience that begins with the initial phone call all the way through delivering an offer and onboarding.
• Assess and monitor People programs for effectiveness and engagement.
• Work with leaders to create and continuously improve People programs/processes.
• Plan events for our hybrid workforce and deliver memorable experiences for our mid/end of year team events!
• Increase diversity in sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates.
• Support a hybrid work force with other administrative functions.

Organization Development

• Assists in the development of specific programs and action plans (including vendor identification) to address established training and development priorities.
• Identifies relevant “best practices” through benchmarking and research; recommends specific processes, tools, and methodologies to address priorities.
• Implements and conducts specific development and training programs on an ongoing basis.
• Support and influence stakeholders effectively to align plans to desired readiness outcomes for employees
• Produces programs, processes, and tools to support learning and development.
• Partners with employees and leaders to identify areas for learning and development; partners with leadership to create Action Plans to address development opportunities; conducts regular follow-up meetings to monitor progress.
• Build a community of inclusion and belonging for a hybrid workforce that supports the mission and vision of the organization.
• Assist with end-to-end performance evaluation process.
• Assist with future implementation of the successional planning process.

You have…

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience with job script development, posting & promoting jobs, sourcing passive applicants, interviewing, onboarding, etc.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to create incredible employee experiences and communities.
• Ability to handle information confidentially.
• Previous event planning experience, preferred.
• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology or related field, required.
• Experience creating and implementing employee learning and development programs, preferred.
• At least 2 years of related experience in a People related role.
• Experience creating and supporting DEI programs, preferred.
