Position Overview

Zenni Optical, a leading online eyewear company, is seeking a Manager of Sports Partnerships to join our growing team. This role will work closely with our Marketing and Brand teams to develop and execute partnership strategies with high profile sports teams and athletes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sports industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of securing and managing sports partnerships. What We Want You To Own In This Role

• Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that align with partnership objectives.
• Track and analyze partnership performance to ensure goals are met and determine ROI.
• Represent Zenni at various sports events and functions.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with sports partners, including negotiation of contracts, management of assets, and coordination of events.
• Stay current on trends and developments in the sports industry to inform partnership strategies.
• Identify partnership opportunities with major sports teams and leagues.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies, including co-branded campaigns and activations, to drive awareness and engagement with Zenni's products and brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing partnerships with sports teams or leagues.
• Proven track record of successfully securing and managing high-profile partnerships.
• Passion for sports and an understanding of the sports industry.

As of 08/15/2023, the expected compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $180,000 USD. Actual pay within this range will be based upon several factors, including without limitation education, work experience, certifications, geographic pay differentials, market conditions, and other business and organizational needs. The Company anticipates that the reasonably expected salary for this position could change in the future and, therefore, the Company retains the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary range for the position for various reasons, including the Company’s business needs.
