Job Summary: The Sacramento Kings are in search of a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join us as the Manager of Performance Teams! In this role, you will play a crucial part in recruiting, developing, and overseeing all aspects of performance teams within the Sacramento Kings Entertainment Department. Under the direction of the VP of Entertainment, you will collaborate closely with the Entertainment Department to shape the creative direction of each performance team's brand.

This is a flexible role that involves a variety of tasks, including office work, practice sessions, and game days. There may also be additional hours required, including weekends and off-site events.

Primary Responsibilities, Prioritized For Clarity

• Supervise essential office administration, encompassing human resources tasks (e.g., new hires, employment agreements), payroll for performance teams, and coordination of choreographer contracts, bookings, and travel.
• Provide assistance for Stockton Kings game night entertainment as required.
• Attend weekly Game Entertainment meetings and collaborate across the Production/Entertainment department.
• Efficiently manage practice schedules, game day rehearsals, and community appearances for the Kings Dancers.
• Oversee the master calendar for scheduling the Kings Dancers participation in Kings games and events.
• Develop and manage the Kings Dancers, focusing on recruitment, training, and development.
• Curate distinctive choreography for the Kings Dancers.
• Collaborate with Kings Digital on social media content and strategy to amplify the Kings Dancers brand and attract new talent.
• Assist with the management of performance team budgets.
• Innovate and design a unique appearance for the Kings Dancers through creative and original costuming.
• Support the creation of rotation schedules, rundowns, and game day communications.

Compensation

The expected annual salary for this exempt role is $65,000 - $75,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:
