Overview


We are seeking an Influencer & Partnerships Marketing Manager to drive successful partnerships across all social channels; with proven experience in the beauty / makeup space. You should have solid and proven experience managing talent campaigns cross-category from beauty creators and influencers to makeup artists, podcasters and entertainers to drive a beauty business. You excel in crafting innovative multi-channel programs (paid, organic, gifting, events) and have a natural passion for beauty-related social media and influencer content along with PR know-how. You’ll be reporting directly to the VP of Brand Marketing, PR, & Partnerships.


You have a proven track-record for successful paid and organic beauty campaigns and an eye for highly engaging content that drives the business and key product goals, with the expertise and know-how to take current trends and implement them quickly. You possess a strong analytical mindset to track and report campaign success and are an expert networker - who brings key influencers, agents and press relations, to the team.


What You Will Do


  • Manage and maintain product fulfillment as needed from office and maintain product supply system for vendors and partners
  • Keep pulse on social media and beauty trends and communicate back learnings that can be implemented by larger team
  • Lead the paid and organic creator partnership processes from beginning to end, including strategy, outreach and negotiations, talent and agent relationships, content briefing and managing timelines.
  • Scout, recruit and activate/gift creators and makeup artists aligned with Haus Labs brand values of diversity, inclusion, creativity and kindness; build and foster authentic and engaged creator relationships keeping community, engagement & audience acquisition top of mind
  • Manage and nurture creator relationships via DM/social, email, product gifting and in person events to grow and evolve our brand ambassador community.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with social, marketing, and digital teams to develop relevant partnerships to stay ahead of the ever-changing social landscape
  • Liaise and support PR agency campaigns and strategies
  • Develop talent briefs to effectively articulate campaign strategy leading to meaningful content and storytelling
  • Be a pro active member of Sephora retailer monthly meetings including pushing content to Sephora marketing for additional support as well as offering up new ideas on weekly basis
  • Pull, analyze and report metrics for paid and organic results from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives and be able to thoughtfully and clearly present data, findings insights and summaries to leadership and founder teams
  • Manage in-house product ratings and reviews program from start to finish, including crowd sourcing and communication, list management, campaign briefing, product seeding, tracking and reporting


What We Are Looking For (Requirements)


  • Prior experience working on a founder brand and founder teams ideal
  • Natural and deep appreciation and understanding of beauty content, trends and communities
  • Ability to source, negotiate and brief the right talent for the right campaign and the right products.
  • 3-5 years of beauty influencer marketing experience required at a beauty brand
  • Experience working with Sephora - and ideally on a global level
  • Natural networking and social skills and ability to create authentic long term connections with creators and partners
  • Intuitive understanding of how to find the right content partners for the right campaign; and activating them for paid and organic mentions
  • Kind, positive, collaborative attitude and comfort in start-up culture
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills with an ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality results
  • LA county based - hybrid work environment 2 to 3 days in office per week
  • Expert ability to utilize and apply analytics & influencer campaign management software tools to track and report data and ROI as well as budget management
  • You are a self-identified “Makeup Junkie”
  • Passion for product marketing (love and understand our products)
