5+ years of prior experience in bar management or hospitality.

Lead the bar staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Manage day-to-day relationships with sports partners, including negotiation of contracts, management of assets, and coordination of events.

A minimum of 5 years of experience managing partnerships with sports teams or leagues.

Job duties include; although are not limited to:

Directs staff towards the goals of the Loews Corporation as defined by management

Strong computer skills including Excel and Word. Familiarity with league management platforms is also a plus.

Minimum BA/BS, preferably in sports management.

Minimum 2-4 years working in a program management and/or customer service setting, preferably in a sports setting.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Education include:

Some college education is preferred; or a minimum of 3-5 years restaurant/bar supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Negotiate with vendors, order supplies, manage inventories and budgets.

Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.

High volume, fast-paced restaurant/bar experience preferred.

Micros experience is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar trading function, with previous management experience preferred.

Relevant years of experience or educational equivalent as desired.

4-6+ years of progressive accounting experience ideally in entertainment/hospitality industry

Experience with accounting ERP system such as NetSuite preferred

Strong computer skills required, specifically in Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience with Salesforce desired.

Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience working in the sports or celebrity industry and/or event planning.
