Job Description

Location: 10250 Constellation Blvd, Century City, Los Angeles, US (2 to 3 days hybrid in the office)

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage influencers and communities who are fit for the platform to support brand growth and user acquisition
  • Create and manage marketing calendar and project plans including objectives, roadmap, promotion tactics and step-by-step action plan to ensure success of a campaign
  • Monitor and analyze market and industry trends, emerging influencers, and competitor performance to strategize on company’s marketing activities
  • Develop company overview and presentations, provide product training to partners/influencers and support other necessary steps in the campaign management process
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, such as new users acquired, retention, ROI and measure campaign performance against the KPIs
  • Act as the main interface between the Marketing Team and Content Team; Work with cross-functional teams including user operation team, legal, finance, PR to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and competitors
  • Identify, qualify and innovate potential partnership opportunities to serve business growth and achieve new user acquisition
  • Responsible for planning, managing and innovating marketing and influencer campaigns within the allocated budgetary guidelines and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a marketing or user growth role in the tech or pan-entertainment space
  • Solid understanding of 360 marketing strategies and online acquisition marketing tools (SEO, Social, Affiliate, Influencer, Media Buy etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business or related fields
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Must be proactive, fast-thinking, self-starter who can own and lead initiatives
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from campaign metrics and marketing data
  • Extensive experience in campaign management and influencer marketing is a must
  • Strategic thinking for developing effective marketing campaigns and influencer programs
