Job Responsibilities

The Manager of Promotions and Partnerships is responsible for driving Razer’s product promotional strategy for the Americas region. Play a key role in developing the promotional and partnership strategy and collaborate with multiple departments within the company, and lead in the delivery of significant regional and local promotions that generate exposure and revenue for Razer products.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and leverage strategic relationships with key external partners to build exciting marketing promotions.
• Monitor and analyze campaigns to ensure that they achieve key objectives.
• Work closely with other members of the marketing team to connect promotional programs to the company’s overall marketing strategy.
• Develop promotional strategies to drive brand and product awareness.
• Manage marketing budgets to meet promotional goals.
• Manage promotions efforts of staff and external agencies.
• Pitch and negotiate direct partnerships with endemic and non-endemic partners including CPG, FMCG, QSR, FSR, sports and game software developers, and publishers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience in marketing partnerships and promotions
• Ability to be detailed oriented while seeing trends, themes, and macro-impacts
• 5+ years’ experience managing digital media campaigns
• Experience in the Consumer Tech category (gaming preferred but not required)
• Highly motivated, resourceful, and self-directed with the ability to deliver under pressure
• Understanding of appropriate KPIs for each funnel stage
• Experience in presenting campaign analytics & recommendations to the executive team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement changes rapidly that positively impact marketing performance
• Experienced with online monitoring and tracking tools, including Google Analytics
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Promotional Agency background or experience managing a Promotional Agency
• The strong knowledge base of the overall online and digital marketing realm

Pre-Requisites

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$73,652.00 - $128,480.00
