As the architect of our vibrant community, you'll be creating, managing, and growing our Discord server and other social media channels. Responsibilities

1. Create, electrify, manage, and grow our Discord server and other social media presence.
2. Create a vibrant, welcoming, and positive community environment.
3. Design curated events to increase daily active users in the community.
4. Engage with our users, lighting up our communities with your charm, creativity, and communication skills.
5. Systematically gather and analyze user feedback.
6. Address user complaints with tact and in a timely manner.
7. Collaborate with the product team, idenfying users' pain points and providing valuable insights from the community.
8. Contribute to growth hacking strategies and product feature designs.

Qualifications

1. 2-3 years of experience in online community/social media account management.
2. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Warm, social, and adept at fostering positive community interactions.
5. Capable of systematic feedback collection and analysis.
6. Understanding of product development and growth hacking principles would be a plus.
