The impact you’ll make:
As a Sales Performance Manager, you’ll act as a servant leader by making a difference in peoples’ lives. You’ll coach and mentor our counter sales staff to increase revenue which directly impacts your team’s earning potential.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate communications related to counter sales initiatives, products and processes
- Monitor the sales agents overall effectiveness throughout the sales process
- Act as an internal sales expert and partner with Operations leadership to help assess, measure and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities connected with counter sales effectiveness.
- Facilitate local sales training programs and keep updated on new training methods and techniques
- Assess and analyze business needs with recommendations on training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills
- Partner with local managers to identify and analyze areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals
- Develop and maintain training materials related to sales initiatives including presentations, job aids, participant handouts, virtual class materials and other resources
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive Sales experience in a counter sales environment
- Must have valid driving license and be willing and able to travel between your assigned locations (average at about 50%)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience executing training initiatives and coaching and mentoring sales professionals
- Bachelor's Degree plus at least 1 year supervisory experience; OR Associate's Degree plus at least 2 years supervisory experience; OR High School degree plus at least 4 years supervisory experience
Skills and abilities you should have:
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Full understanding of effective customer service and sales concepts
- Effective communication with individuals at all levels
- Ability to get to the root of a problem and utilize resources to provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills utilizing MS Office Suite of Products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to build trust and rapport with others
