Responsibilities:
  • Identify key cost savings opportunities, including food cost, waste, and labor, and propose potential solutions for reducing costs to drive gross margin improvements
  • Own menu development + optimization strategy for our restaurant partners; this will be developed by gathering and summarizing guest feedback, in-depth analysis of in-store execution, conducting market research & analysis to have deep understanding of competitive offerings, and launching new menu items and limited-time-offers to test new concepts + menu offerings
  • Drive execution of cost savings opportunities, by working closely with Local Kitchens supply chain and culinary teams to streamline partner sourcing and to increase purchasing power
  • Optimize partner performance and establish performance metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of partner growth initiatives. Regularly track and analyze partner performance against established metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize partner engagement and to drive mutual success
  • Work closely with Local Kitchens engineering teams to execute on partner product initiatives, including improving merchandising, A/B testing for partner product features, and driving engagement with high margin menu items
  • Support P&L management across Local Kitchen’s entire brand portfolio to drive optimal unit economics and growth
  • Drive execution of top-line growth tactics (e.g., pricing optimization, develop and launch new menu items, launch growth marketing campaigns, etc.) and cut through roadblocks to drive projects to completion
Requirements:
  • You thrive in a fast paced, innovative work environment

  • You have a knack for story-telling and for making data-driven decisions – advanced ppt / google slides and advanced excel / google sheets
  • You cultivate and develop strong relationships and have experience in a customer-facing or relationship management role
  • You are a quick learner that enjoys tackling open-ended problems
  • You are extremely details-oriented and organized
  • You are energized by trying new things, and enjoy making an impact
  • You are a problem solver at core, with a strong bias for action
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting / strategy / business development / technology / banking; ideally have high-growth or early-stage startup experience

$120,000 - $150,000 a year
