Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for one of our clients! They are a trusted and dedicated provider of affordable HIPAA Management software and Consulting services, catering specifically to small to medium-sized medical practices, solo practitioners, healthcare organizations, and their business associates nationwide.
Their mission is to alleviate the burden of maintaining HIPAA/HITECH compliance, allowing healthcare providers to focus more on patient care. HIPAA/HITECH, or the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, updated in 2012, is a federal law designed to establish national standards for safeguarding sensitive patient health information. Our client understands the importance of patient privacy and assists their clients in navigating the complexities of HIPAA regulations, providing them with the necessary tools and expertise to implement robust privacy and security programs, at a level expected by Fortune 500 companies at a price point that the small to mid-sized practice can afford.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the esteemed company’s CEO. With an impressive background in healthcare, technology, and service companies, he brings over 40 years of multidisciplinary experience to the table. He has held influential positions such as the past Chair of the HIMSS Privacy and Security Committee's Risk Assessment Work Group and a Council Member on AHIMA's Privacy and Security Practice Council.
Structure & Compensation
- Full Time & Fully Remote!
- $36,000 - $60,000/yr USD base + commission (depends on experience)
- Hours are typically 8am - 5pm in your timezone but looking for someone who is flexible
- On Target Earnings with total compensation exceeding -> $100,000/yr USD
- Receive up to 12% commissions on $3,500 2 days in-person and 3 days onlineintensive workshop packages
- Independent Contractor Based Position but looking for a long-term member

Responsibilities
- Nurturing warm leads in the database & setting appointments for the sales team
- Proactively reaching out to potential clients to promote and sell HIPAA Consulting services
- Utilizing various sales techniques like cold calling and email campaigns to generate leads and convert them into clients
- Establishing strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges regarding HIPAA compliance
- Providingaccurate and comprehensive information to clients, addressing any questions or objections they may have
- Effectively managing the sales pipeline, including tracking and following up on leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Display a high level of professionalism and emotional IQ
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B appointment setting or inside sales
- Experience in selling IT and consulting services in the healthcare space is highly preferred
- An entrepreneurial mindset is highly valued and preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills is a must
- Skilled in developing relationships with exceptional interpersonal attributes
- Ability to learn and work quickly and swiftly to take action to implement new ideas
- Driven, competitive, and confident
- Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
- Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, and ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
