Sales Representative I - Reseller - Surepayroll

Overview
Sells product solutions to prospective clients to help achieve organizational performance and financial objectives.
Responsibilities

• Achieve unit and revenue quota expectations.
• Generates referral leads from existing customers and upsells ancillary services offered.
• Provides support to customers and partners throughout the onboarding process.
• Must have CPA/financial advisor or enterprise sales experience.
• Develop sales skills and maintain a comprehensive understanding of SurePayroll product offerings to optimize sales results; remain up-to-date with new product initiatives, services, industry trends and other relevant information of interest to customers.
• Payroll experience is a must
• Follows up on leads to close deals.
• When required, address and escalate client concerns to our Accountant Care Team Partners, and follow-up as necessary to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Consult virtually with CPA’s, Financial Advisors, and Resellers to educate stakeholders on our services, and provide consultative solutions to increase market share and drive revenue.
• Leverage the approved Sales Strategy to identify customers’ needs and present solution to key stakeholders and decision makers to increase revenue and market share.
• Collect, complete and submit all necessary paperwork for new sales within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay for this position is $19.23/hr + commission. Please keep in mind that this is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
