Our client is looking for a Sr Manager of Associate Experience to join their team and focus on Corporate HR functions in Miami, FL. This organization has recently started building out an entire associate experience group with the goal of improving HR processes surrounding hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee development for associates across the organization. In this role, you will serve as a Project Manager who will be strategizing, designing, and implementing those same projects for corporate HR processes and employees. The primary initiative will be to build out processes to create a complete talent program including succession planning, career mapping, group performance planning, etc. You can expect to collaborate with and lead cross-functional project teams to help manage projects through completion to deliver an enhanced associate experience and improved standardization across HR processes. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, adaptable, and operate with a high sense of urgency.
