Job Description

Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: On-site – Orlando, FL

Duration: 3 mo. Contract

PR: $35-$45/hr

Schedule: M-F, 8AM – 5PM est. - HYBRID – Tues-Thurs (in office), Mon, Fri (remote)

Must Haves:

  • Obtained GED
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • 3+ years of experience within the Human Resources space
  • Able to pass drug and background screening

Pluses:

  • Workday experience
  • Experience working within the service/restaurant industry

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Human Resources Generalist for one of our large food & bev clients, Denny’s Corporate, in Orlando, FL. This individual will be filling in for their current HRBP while she is out on leave. The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with a small team including the VP of training and 2 other HR Specialists. This person will be responsible for a variety of standard administrative practices, assisting with payroll verifications, communication with both internal and external personnel, etc. This team will be supporting about 8 corporate locations in and around Orlando, FL. To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, communication skills (verbal & written) and an up-beat attitude.
