Human Resources Generalist (Recruiter)

SIMEDHealth is currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our Administration team. While the duties and responsibilities of this position may change with the needs of the department and organization, the HR Generalist will be responsible for providing our managers and employees with the necessary support and information needed to continue a successful relationship with SIMEDHealth.

The HR Generalist must be well-rounded in all aspects of Human Resources and willing to take on new challenges while maintaining a positive demeanor. An outgoing personality is a key requirement in this role as the HR Generalist must be able to communicate with all employees positively and champion the organization at all times.

Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality are non-negotiable requirements for this position. The ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and be a self-motivated, task oriented individual will help ensure the success of the person selected for this position. This position will play a pivotal role in identifying and selecting candidates for employment with SIMEDHealth.

The primary responsibilities for this position include:

• Preparing necessary reporting
• Employee Training
• Employee Recruiting and On-Boarding
• PRN Staffing
• General HR Functions
• Manager guidance and assistance

Qualified candidates minimally should have:

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or similar).
• AA/AS degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Experience may substitute for education.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Adobe office products a plus.
• Previous experience with an ATS.
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Reliable transportation for travel to outside markets (within approximately 50 miles of main location).
• Previous experience as an HR Generalist, Recruiter, or similar. (Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required).
