Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter (2904) Summary In this position, you will be responsible for 30% of recruiting and 70% of administrative support. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter. In addition to being bilingual in both English and Spanish, the candidate must have experience in safety and training within the manufacturing industry, as well as Excel (Pivot Tables) skills. Recruitment involves sourcing candidates online, updating job advertisements, and conducting background checks (30%) as part of the recruitment component. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly assess candidate qualifications, provide constructive feedback, and handle recruitment tasks with integrity.
