This is a crucial hire for us as we are looking for this person to be a key contributor to our business growth & process improvements from HR Administration to TA/recruiting.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, HR Administration, Recruitment Process, Management, Benefits Programs, HR Budget, Conflict Resolution, and HR Policies. As the Director of HR, you will be responsible for ensuring that our human resources department runs smoothly and efficiently, while providing strategic leadership and guidance to the organizations growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to the HR department
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with all relevant laws and regulations
• Manage the HR budget and ensure that all HR activities are cost-effective
• Oversee the recruitment process
• Ensure that all HR-related data is accurate and up-to-date, and provide regular reports to senior management

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role within a Tech/SaaS focused company
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
