Hr Assistant Jobs

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, self-motivated person with a positive attitude who is able to multi-task and work well with others to join our company as an HR assistant.

Requirements

• Candidates must be able to quickly resolve problems
• Keeps up-to-date on employment laws and regulations
• Performs other related duties and projects as required by management
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
• A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
• Proven time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well with co-workers
• Ability to multi-task and work productively in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have great computer skills
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's systems and processes
• Assists employees and managers with general inquiries regarding employment, benefits, company policies and procedures, compensation, and other related matters.
• Participates in various employee relations activities such as new hire orientation, benefits meetings, and employee functions
• 1 year of HR experience is a plus
