- 10+ years of experience in B2B consultative technology sales and management
- Highly developed, strategic sales skills
- 10+ years of experience initiating and growing customer relationships with those influential to and responsible for one or more of the following services and solutions: talent management; recruiting; learning and development (L&D); corporate training; reward/recognition/loyalty program; non-degree higher education programs, content or services; credentialing or certification; HR information systems; and/or employee benefits platforms
- Financial acumen, including sales forecasting, budgeting, metrics management, sales performance reporting as well as proactive risk mitigation and creative drive to close quarterly gaps
- Possess an understanding of the importance of hiring A-players every time, though is experienced in coaching and developing sales professionals
- 3+ years of experience hiring and managing a competitive sales team
- Sales Tools: Zoominfo, Salesloft, Gong.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Uberflip, Salesforce, Clari, DocuSign CLM
- Team Connectivity Tools: Slack, G Suite, Zoom, Teams, MS Office 365
